- Products will be used exclusively for legitimate scientific and laboratory research
- Products will not be administered to humans or animals

- You will handle all products in accordance with appropriate safety guidelines

4. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products from us. All orders are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer (BACS). All card payments are processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card details.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products and strict quality control requirements:
- Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund
- Opened products cannot be returned due to contamination and integrity concerns
- Damaged or incorrect orders will be replaced or refunded in full
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
